Anne-Marie offers an introduction to coaching for any new clients interested in discovering what the power of coaching can do in your life. This initial investment in yourself is offered at a special rate of $140 for the first four sessions.

Tele-coaching is coaching designed to fit your busy schedule. No more leaving your home or office, juggling kids, schedules and traffic to get to your appointment. Simply create your own private sanctuary, pick up the phone and call in at your scheduled time.

Individual Coaching by Phone allows Anne-Marie to assist clients anywhere in the United States and Canada.

Sessions are typically 45 - 50 minutes for individual sessions and 60 minutes for group sessions.

Student Coaching sessions are 25 minutes once a week.

Group Coaching in a supportive tele-coaching format allows participants to join from the comforts of their home or office.

Give yourself the gift of support while sharing with others facing similar experiences. Gain the benefits of working with a professional Life Coach.Sessions are divided according to age and/or diagnosis.

Call now for your one on one interview and for the opportunity to take advantage of participating at $10 per group session.

Groups are held once a week and are limited in size.

Coaching participants must have a strong committment to themselves and achieving their desired change.
